Yes. We work regularly with couples from Jakarta, Singapore, Australia, and Europe. Our team communicates in English, handles logistics around vendor coordination, accommodation suggestions, and ceremony permits, and can recommend trusted photographers, florists, and venues across Bali.
All of Bali — Uluwatu, Seminyak, Canggu, Ubud, Nusa Dua, Sanur, and remote villa locations. We've delivered events from clifftop villas to private golf resorts. If you have a specific venue in mind, just send us the location and we'll confirm coverage.
For weddings and large corporate events: 3–6 months ahead is ideal, especially during peak season (Jun–Sep, Dec–Jan). For private parties or smaller gatherings: 4–8 weeks is usually enough. Rush bookings are possible — message us and we'll let you know what's feasible.
Stage, lighting, sound systems, AV, decor coordination, MC/host briefing, vendor management, on-the-day production timeline execution, and on-site crew (typically 5–15 people depending on event scale). We act as the central point of coordination so you and your guests can simply enjoy the event.
A signed proposal and a deposit (typically 30–50%) secure your date. Remaining payments follow milestones in the proposal — usually before vendor commitments and a final balance shortly before the event. We accept bank transfer (IDR) and can issue formal invoices for corporate clients.
Absolutely. If you already have a photographer, florist, or caterer you love, we coordinate with them. We can also recommend our trusted network if you'd like options — over the years we've built strong partnerships with reliable Bali vendors across every category.
